Morning program
In the morning we focus on a theme that is relevant for your team or organisation. In a monumental place called ‘De Stal’ we get together and look for depth on a topic of your choice.

How do you manage the new generation and stimulate commitment and a sense of responsibility? In the afternoon you will be managed by a young generation talent yourself!

Discover each other’s strengths and pitfalls in your team with a personality instrument (with scientific basis, such as the Birkman method).
Afternoon program: the sailing race
In the afternoon, the sailing competition starts on the Kagerplas. Sailing experience is not necessary. Two-time world champion Hans Bouscholte will tell you the ins and outs of sailing a ‘Valk’.
Then you will board (4 to 5 team members per boat) and one of the sailing talents of the Holland Ocean Race. In 1,5 hours you will get a training that will get you ready for the race. The route is set by Hans and lasts an hour. A sailing trainee is present in each boat as back up and to ensure safety.
Finally, there is a debriefing and an award ceremony.
